How do I reserve my transportation?

To reserve your dates and times, we require a non-refundable deposit or payment in full.  You can call Belize Caves and Limpkin Tours (+501-634-9748) to provide your credit card details. There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee applied to any amount being paid with a credit or debit card. 

How do I pay my balance?

You will find the remaining balance on the BelizeTaxis.com email for each ride you have booked. Simply pay your driver cash at the conclusion of your ride. Drivers can accept both US and Belize Dollars, or a combination of the two.  Drivers are unable to accept credit cards, checks, or traveller's cheques.

Can I pay my entire booking total with my credit card?

Yes! We can make your payment transaction smooth and simple. A processing fee of 3.5% applies to the entire transaction.  This is the fee charged by our bank to process all credit or debit cards.

Do you offer shared transportation?

Most guests choose BelizeTaxis.com specifically for the privacy, comfort, and ease of use a private driver affords them. In rare circumstances and with enough notice, we can occasionally match you with another ride going to or from the same destination, but this is on a case-by-case basis and highly unlikely given the nature of our business and our guests.

How far ahead should I book?

BelizeTaxis.com books all of our drivers sometimes months in advance, especially surrounding major US, Canadian, or Belizean holidays and festivals. We strongly suggest booking your transportation as soon as you have your flights.  This is especially true if you wish to request a specific driver. 

Can I change my reservation after I've booked?

Yes, subject to driver availability. BelizeTaxis.com reserves the right to adjust prices based upon different pickup or dropoff locations, number of guests, dates, times, number of stops, clerical errors or any other adjustment made to a booking once a deposit has been made.  If your changes make you unable to use your reservation due to driver availability or other issues with your arrangements, your deposit may be applied to another ride for up to a calendar year, subject to driver availability.

Will I always have the same driver?

While we do try to organize schedules to allow for guests to keep the same driver for all their rides, we cannot guarantee it. This is particularly true for rides booked last minute. Similarly, we try to accommodate requests for a specific driver, but cannot guarantee a specific driver will be with you for a specific ride.  The best chances of getting the driver you prefer or to keep the same driver for all your rides is to book far in advance. 

Can you help organize custom itineraries?

Absolutely!  Just let us know your travel details and your interests, and we're happy to help. Please note that detailed trip planning is time and resource intensive, and may result in a planning deposit, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. All planning deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied towards your transportation provided you are booking with BelizeTaxis.com.
